Leverage your experience
When you earn an online Master of Science in Management degree, you will be prepared for leaqdership positions in one of three areas of focus:
- Health Care Management. This emphasis covers advanced topics in the health care industry. Coursework addresses subjects such as regulatory issues, personnel management, ethics and health care administration. Students can look forward to management positions in a number of health care related organizations.
- Information Technology. Students who concentrate on IT will study leadership in the information technology industry, acquiring the skills needed for success in this evolving field. Graduates are trained for management positions throughout the IT field.
- Managerial Leadership. This emphasis is for the student with experience in operations management. Students study advanced coursework in management principles that apply to HR, finance, regulatory compliance and other operational areas.
Credit for prior education and work experience
Because students in this program are working professionals, their backgrounds often include job-related education, professional work experience or military training. We award credit for up to 50% of the program requirements to students who are eligible based on their jobs or prior education. We do not charge tuition or fees for these credits. Students who receive credit for prior learning or work experience are able to complete their degree programs more quickly, saving themselves time and money
