Classes in our degree program

Students in this BS degree program study business management in the first two years and focus on the agriculture business in the third and fourth years. They take courses in the following subjects:

  • Commodities, Futures, Options
  • International Business
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Agricultural Management

They also complete business electives as well as general education classes that strengthen their communication and analytic skills. Like all students, they complete a career development class that helps prepare them for job searches.

Online option available

Agriculture business students can complete their business management degrees online. Online college is a good alternative for people who live many miles from our Moorhead college campus, work full-time or have busy schedules. Distance learning students can earn degrees while caring for children or traveling for their jobs. They may even save money on commuting and childcare costs.
