Veterinary technology school
In our associate degree program, students learn the skills they need for entry-level positions as veterinary technicians. Coursework in the program covers topics such as these:

- Animal anatomy
- Veterinary pharmacology

- Exotics and pocket pets

- Parasitology
- Nutrition and nursing
- Anesthesiology

A major part of our vet tech training is the clinical experience that occurs in local clinics and veterinary hospitals. Students have the chance to put their classroom education into practice. They also complete general education credits that strengthen their communication and analysis skills. Students can complete this associate degree program in 24 months.

Our fully equipped veterinary suite is similar to those that graduates find when they enter the workforce. Our program uses live animals from rescue programs; students help prepare them for foster homes or adoption.
