At Minnesota School of Business (MSB) Moorhead, we know that availability of financial aid is a big concern as students decide where to attend college. Our school has programs and scholarships exclusively for high school seniors and recent graduates. These give students the opportunity to obtain the education and training they need for success.

You can afford a college education
We offer the following programs and scholarships, available only to qualified high school seniors and recent graduates.
- High School Advantage. Qualified high school seniors can jump start their college careers. In the fall quarter of the senior year, a student who has already enrolled in MSB-Moorhead for the summer or fall after graduation may take up to four courses – one per quarter – free of tuition. To be eligible for this program, a student must have a high school GPA of 2.0 or higher and be enrolled in one of our bachelor’s or associate degree programs.
- President’s Scholarship. This scholarship program rewards eligible students who apply early. If they apply by January 1 of the senior year, they may receive a $2000 scholarship. Students who apply for admission by April 1 may receive a $1000 scholarship.
- Director’s Scholarship. This scholarship rewards seniors for achievement on the Career Profile Assessment test (CPAt). Seniors who take the test may receive up to $5000 toward tuition at MSB-Moorhead, depending on their scores on the CPAt.
There are additional eligibility criteria for each scholarship, so check with a financial aid representative at our Moorhead college to learn more.
Helping with financial aid
Our representatives are available to help as you identify loans, grants and scholarships from state and federal governments, employers and non-profit organizations. They will be there to help as you complete scholarship application forms, including the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) during special programs at your high school. Most students need some financial aid to afford college. We want to be sure that you know what’s available.
