MSB supports online learning by providing a wide variety of resources, including:
- Online orientation
Our online orientation program prepares students for taking classes over the Internet. We make sure that students understand the technical requirements such as hardware and software, and offer them the chance to try out the online classroom environment. Learning how to study online is so important that each student completes orientation before taking a single online class!
- Online help desk
Our online help desk is available for at least eight hours each day; weekday hours average at least 13 hours per day. Students can call or email any time for help with hardware and software. In addition, we have developed a variety of online tutorials for all students, including online learners. Some of these tutorials include:
